Media Sales for REALTOR® Magazine
YGS is partnered with the National Association of REALTORS®—the nation’s largest trade association with more than 1 million members—to sell media for its award-winning REALTOR® Magazine, websites and e-newsletters for a fully integrated media offering to companies looking to reach this $4.4 billion market.
YGS developed a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for NAR. The core of the sales strategy hinges on telesales and in-person efforts by YGS’ team of representatives. Those sales efforts are supported by a comprehensive marketing plan, including a printed media kit with an online component, a dimensional direct mail campaign complete with email and postcard follow-up, a unique die-cut quick reference guide and frequent email outreach targeting core industry verticals.
Sales revenue trended an average of 18% higher than the two previous years. In addition, there has been an increase in new adverting dollars from industry leaders including Quicken Loans, American Home Shield, AT&T, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Chase, Citi and TD Bank, to name a few.
