The YGS Group™ Announces Recent Acquisition of Reprint Management Services.

York, PENNSYLVANIA – October 8, 2007 – The YGS Group™, formerly known as York Graphic Services, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Reprint Management Services (RMS), a publishing service provider, focused on the marketing and resale of original editorial content. This acquisition includes all services offered by RMS, including custom reprints, content licensing and permissions, prepress and design.
