At York Graphic Services, we respect your privacy and understand the need for confidentiality. We take every measure possible to assure you that the information you provide on the Request Information form is secure and will not be used for any other purpose other than its intended use.

Purpose of Information
The sole purpose of collecting the necessary information is to provide you/your company with the appropriate requested information. If indicated on the form, a salesperson will also use your information to contact you to address any questions or concerns you might have regarding YGS.

Access to information
All disclosed information will be kept confidential and will only be made accessible to those employees of YGS to whom your information directly concerns. Those individuals include the marketing director and/or sales representatives whose responsibility is to forward you the requested information. When you provide us with information, YGS will not share your information with third parties. Your information is never shared with anyone outside of YGS.
